The yearling heifers demonstrated a robust market. Light weight heifers under 200kg achieved a high of 252c, averaging between 189c to 251c/kg. Those under 280kg topped at 302c/kg, primarily to restockers, and heifers under 330kg also reached 302c/kg for feed. In the domestic market, yearling heifers under 400kg were sold for up to 344c/kg, and those between 400 to 480kg to feed reached 263c/kg.
